Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will give you complete control over your email mailboxes and mailing lists. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can forward electronic mails from one email box account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and shield your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email box to another, or even to several other email accounts. Simply select the mailbox you would like to forward electronic mails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
